Overview

Your Kayako is now available in 44 languages, which you can enable and offer to your customers. These translations are in beta. Try them out, and let us know what you think by submitting a support ticket.

Information

We will be releasing full agent area translations in German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, and Spanish soon. Kayako's localization features allow you to choose which language your team and customers will see. You have the option to change the default language for your Kayako, as well as enable more than one language for your team and customers to choose from. Each language that Kayako supports is available at one or more of the following levels:

• Agent area – Agents will be able to choose from these languages to translate the agent and admin areas.
• Help Center interface – Customers and visitors will be able to choose from these languages to translate the Help Center interface.
• The content you create – Your team will be able to translate your own content (such as Help Center articles, or custom field titles) into these languages.

The following table provides information on the languages Kayako supports and at what level.
