You would like to know if Kayako supports Microsoft Azure's AD for Single Sing-On (SSO).

Information

As noted in our article Enabling Single Sign-On (SSO) to Log In Using Remote User Authentication, neither LoginShare nor Active Directory SSO is supported in Kayako. However, you can still explore the use of the Kayako SSO API to build an adapter for your LDAP implementation, but this will have to be developed by your own team as it is outside the scope of our support. You can share with them the Kayako SSO API guide that contains the information needed to configure and implement the adapter.

Although the integration with Azure AD is not something that we currently support, this feature request has been added to Kayako's Product Feature requests. If this feature request is important for your organization, please file your own Feature Request to increase the priority of this feature in our pipeline.
