Access to the Instance After License Expiration

When your Kayako Subscription expires, you can still access your instance to view tickets and conversations within the grace period. Generally, the grace period is seven days. During this period, you can continue using your instance while renewing the license. Once the grace period is up, the instance is will show a subscription expired message .
