Confirm Your Subscription is Canceled or When a Plan/Instance will Expire

Overview

You would like to confirm that your Kayako Subscription is canceled or you would like to know when your subscription will expire. You may need this information if the subscription was recently canceled and you need to understand the timeline for your migration.


Solution

There are a few different approaches a user can take to find the exact date for the subscription expiration or cancelation. Note that for both of the options below, you will need to be logged in as an Admin on the Instance.

Using the API

  1.  Visit the endpoint below replacing instance_name with the name of your Kayako site. This will return the expiration date for the instance in JSON format.

Admin Area

  1. Go to the Admin section of your instance (https://instance_name.kayako.com/admin) and visit the Overview area.
  2. Below the plan details, one can find the instance's expiration date.
