Overview

You may encounter an issue that some of the triggers that you set up are not working (e.g. triggers that are supposed to delete spam do not completely delete spam).

Solution 

This issue may happen when you have multiple triggers with the action Stop processing other rules and one of other triggers already actioned the affected conversation (meaning that other triggers won't action the same conversation).

To resolve this issue, you can do the following:

• Remove the "stop processing other rules" action from triggers where it is not completely necessary.
  
  
• Move the problematic triggers to the top of the list. Triggers are processed in the order they appear in the list, so if a trigger is not working as expected, it might be because another trigger is taking action earlier.
  Note: Remember that triggers are not monitors and will not work for past conversations, but should work for new conversations or the ones that are updated. The triggers you want to apply first for initial checks should be at the top of the list.
  
  Place triggers in the order in which you want rules to be followed. This will ensure that each trigger is processed in the correct sequence and can help avoid conflicts between triggers.
