You may want your Kayako support portal to be accessible both with and without www.

Solution

To make your site accessible both with and without 'www', follow these steps:

1. Modify your existing brand so that the Custom domain field says yourdomain.net instead of www.yourdomain.net.
2. Ensure that you have created a CNAME record for yourdomain.net that points to `yourdomain.kayako.com`.
   If you are unable to make a CNAME change, you can have your IT team make a change so that yourdomain.net redirects to www.yourdomain.net.
3. Make sure to configure SSL certificate for your custom domain.
   
   After that, when customers go to www.yourdomain.com, they will be redirected to yourdomain.net.
