Macros Are Not Available in the Reply Box

Overview

You may encounter an issue that after adding new macros, they are not available for usage in the reply box, even though you are an admin.

Solution

This issue may happen when you are not part of the team with which the macros are shared.

To resolve this issue, you or another administrator needs to add you to the team with which the desired macros are shared:

  1. Check the team with which the macros are shared.
  2. Find the desired user profile in the Users section or via the Search bar.
  3. Under 'Teams', add the user to the required team.
  4. Click Update properties.
