Overview

You are reviewing your Kayako Data Dump and see that not all conversations are found in the casescases table and want to know if the backup is missing some data or if other conversations are stored in another table.

Solution

Please note that cases that are closed more than 30 days ago are archived and they are stored in the archivedcases table within the data dump. Please review this table to find the missing cases.
