You may experience issues viewing the mobile version of the Kayako site using a browser on your phone, as the site does not resize properly, which is not user-friendly.

Information

The issue of the mobile version of the Kayako site not being properly resized on mobile browsers has been logged as an enhancement request with the Kayako Product Management team. They will review the accessibility issues on the mobile version within the browser and may implement a fix in a future build. However, there is no ETA or guarantee for implementation. As a workaround, it is recommended to use Desktop Mode in the mobile browser which lets the site load correctly, whether in landscape or portrait mode.
