Unable to Upload Attachments using Chrome/Edge

Overview

Even though the upload functionality is working for most users, some agents or customers might report not being able to upload attachments to Kayako.

 

Information

As only a certain number of users is affected, it is likely a client-side issue and it is recommended to try using a different browser.

If this is only affecting Chromium-based browsers such as Chrome and Edge, a workaround would be using Firefox or IE.
